  One of my favorite places to get banh xeo, but I get take out because the restaurant itself seems not that well ventilated and has some flies around. Not a good place to eat at cleanliness wise but the food is good. The banh xeo are super crispy and they make them very large here, where one order can probably feed two people.
  
  The pack everything super nicely when you get to go so that the banh xeo stays intact and crispy. They also don't skimp out of vegetables. We had plenty leftover and way more than enough to eat with our food. I'd come here again for the banh xeo.

  There are a few places that specialize in Banh Xeo in Garden Grove, this is my go-to place for the crispy Vietnamese crepe. You can order your Banh Xeo with various toppings - we usually get it with shrimp and pork as well as the standard onions and bean sprouts. Each Banh Xeo (they're HUGE) comes with fish sauce for dipping and a plate of vegetables. Take a piece of lettuce, tear off a piece of the Banh Xeo and place it on top of the lettuce, top it with some basil or mint, and eat the lettuce wrap with the banh xeo inside. It tastes amazing - don't forget to dip it in the fish sauce too. The fish sauce gives the extra flavor because banh xeo can taste pretty plain by itself.
  
  Like many restaurants in Garden Grove, there are a couple of things that you should be aware of before dining here:
  
  - The place isn't the cleanest restaurant, but this is mainly due to the amount of people who are always coming in and out of the restaurant. The restaurant is always so busy and there is typically a line out the door or a long waiting list.
  
  - Don't expect your order to come out immediately - but I find this to be a good thing. They really try to make their banh xeo well and don't rush through the process of making the crepe. Take some time to enjoy your company while you're waiting for the food to come out.
  
  - Servers and waiting staff are GREAT. They are always accommodating and understand that it may take some time for the banh xeo to come out. We've always been treated well at Thanh Ha.
  
  - And the ultimate pro-tip for Vietnamese restaurants: Cash Only.
  
  Ordering to-go isn't a bad option either - they don't skimp on the vegetables and they wrap the banh xeo in a large tin tray so that it stays toasty and warm. :)

  Horrible service and foods! I was there just now for the Vietnamese crepes. It was not as good as I expected, and the service is horrendous! I asked for a small dipping sauce container to go for the leftover and the old lady (must be the owner) was not very happy since I asked the the sauce after I already paid for the bill! So, it was all about the extra sauce costs 50 cents and she wanted to make sure I will pay for it! I didn't know that it would cost 50 cents for extra sauce and I wouldn't care! I left a good tip, so 50 cents is not a big deal and I was happy to pay for it, all she has to do is not to make a face but just to mention it in a nice way!
  Worse yet, I forgot my phone there and came back to pick it up. The same old lady at the counter unexpectedly said to me in Vietnamese: "Be careful with your valuables ok! Next time we will post a sign saying that we will not be responsible for valuables left at the business so that if you forget your phone here next time, we will not have to keep it for you!!!"
  How absurd is that?!!!
  Old lady, there won't be next time because even if there is no other Vietnamese crepe restaurants in the area, I won't even step foot in your restaurant ever again due to your terrible foods and nasty attitude!
  What kind of customer service is that??? Obviously she doesn't need
  customers!
  Restaurant patrons, there are other great Vietnamese crepe restaurants in the area that I don't want to mention here. If you want to have a good crepe dish, try some other Vietnamese restaurants nearby, just Google it. I have had great experience at other Vietnamese crepe restaurants nearby and tonight was the first time I tried this Thanh Ha place and it turned out to be a nightmare!

  Great place to enjoy the Southern Vietnamese crepe/pancake Banh Xeo.
  Huge crispy Banh xeo with variety of fillings .
  They also offer vegetarian options.

  Thanh Ha is THE place for banh xeo and banh beo in Westminster.  My mom who tends to me IN THE KNOW of good places to eat in OC took me here.  What I have learned after many outings with her is that you go to different restaurants for key dishes.  Usually when one place does one dish well, other suffer.  Such is the case for Thanh Ha.  Definitely stick to the banh xeo and banh beo and only order dishes if you are a gambler.
  
  Seating is chaotic. Be sure to write your name on the notepad at the entrance for written proof of your arrival time.  You WILL be scolded or worse yet skipped if you do not follow the rules.
  
  On to the food.  The banh xeo is probably the best I've had at a restaurant. It is huge and the edges are perfectly crisp and flakey.  It is stuffed generously with pork, shrimp and veggies and can easily be shared (though I could polish an entire one by myself).  The banh beo are alse tasty.  The croutons are super flavorful and crunchy.  The nuoc mam is a little sweeter than I prefer, but I squeeze a couple limes in my bowl and it's perfect.
  
  I have had other dishes here including the eggrolls, egg noodle soup and goi and they are okay.  Not terrible but decent enough if that is what you are craving.
